I want to install apcupsd and... it wants gcc, autoconf, make and other packets. Yes, i can download it manually, but it is very long process. Where can i download a .tar.gz with base for Endian Firewall 2.2?

I downloaded it.
I cant install it, used rpm --rebuild [name], rpmbuild --rebuild [name]

I unpacked them all.
Code:
# mkdir /usr/src/
# mkdir /usr/src/endian
# mkdir /usr/src/endian/SOURCES
# rpm -ivh /root/SRPMS/base/*
   1:apache                 ########################################### [100%]
   2:audit                  ########################################### [100%]
etc...

In /usr/src/endian/SPECS have a mix of install scripts i mean.
# chmod 777 *
then i try start anything, but have many errors (no arguments i think)

Anyone can help me: how can i install packages?
