I'm using EFW 2.4
Suddenly my content filter has stoped  Undecided,so how do i start this service
plz help me to resolve this.. thanks

I hve resolved my problem..

I just edit that access policy & save it.. then the content filter has started.

Do you mean just change a setting then change it back so it re-saves the file? Or is there a specific setting you change?

This will happen's when you activate virus scan in the content filter profile. Here is the solution for it

cd /usr/share/clamav/
rm -Rf clamav-*
rm main.cvd
rm daily.cvd
rm safebrowsing.cvd
freshclam
restartclamav
