I have installed Endian before and have a  of successful installations with Windows 2003 DC servers.

The same config works well with a Windows 2003 box but as soon as I try it with Windows 2008 it system starts popping up the user/password box on the browsers.

I am able to see users / groups while creating a new access policy, the join domain operation shows a success and no errors are reported on the logs.

The DC is defined under network hosts.

Time synced up to the second.

DC  and ready to authenticate.

All the variables seem to be correct and when I check.

I am working with a network where no Windows 2003 boxes are available, only Windows 2008 DCs are available.

I am confused on why the settings should differ for Windows 2008.

The domain / forest is in Windows 2003 compatibility mode though.

I would very much appreciate if anybody who has a successful Windows 2008 DC integrated installation to explain if they had to do something quirky to make it work.

Thanks!

Mike.
