I have two WYSE WY55 dumb terminals here and previously had one connected to the IPCop machine that my Endian box has replaced.  I'm using 2.2rc3, and have set /etc/inittab as:

# Run agetty on COM1/ttyS0 and COM2/ttyS1
s0:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty -L -f /etc/issueserial 9600 ttyS0 vt100
s1:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty -L -f /etc/issueserial 38400 ttyS1 vt100

As I found in a HowTo  and referred to here... but all I get on the WY55 is gibberish.

I'm looking for any suggestions here on how I can get in via this terminal, I have been able to access the machine when I connect another PC via serial cable and minicom... and the terminal worked fine on the IPCop box, so I'm at a loss.

Thanks,

rjv
