Title: cannot install Endian 3.0 on Hp proliant DL380p G8 Post by: Rotich on Wednesday 01 October 2014, 05:08:40 am Iam trying to install Endian 3.0 on HP proliant DL380p g8 but flashes a blue screen when it reaches select language page and does not proceed.what is the workaround?

What type of a HDD controller is on that server? Is the drive a SATA drive? If SATA, please access your CMOS setup and change the SATA mode to AHCI and then restart the setup. It should go past the current blue screen. From there i cannot proceed, i get the error Error reading target_device.Your hard disk is too small
