Connect to Domain after reboot

We have moved our Endian Proxy server to our DMZ. Now the green NIC is placed in another subnet then our AD server. After a reboot we need to rejoin the server to the domain before users can connect to the Internet. Joining the domain only succeedes after there is put an extra route too the internal network via command line. If this route is not there we cannot connect to AD.
The route entries are on the Endian software, "Network -> Routing, but not on the command line "route". After a reboot the command line route is gone, but in the software it is still there, but the domain is not connected.
Do we need to put the route to the internal net in the startup? (Looks like the software cannot join/contact domain when starting services).

I added the route to the local network permanent in etc/rc./rc.netaddress.up before the exit 0. After this change it joins the domain correct after a reboot. We also had a problem that the reports are not generated , this is also resolved.
