Endian 2.2 Beta 4 could not ping red NIC from WAN

I have install Endian 2.2 beta 4 , got some problem with  can not ping red NIC from wan but can ping from endian to wan address, what wrong ?
 
 ( inside ping to outside  ok )

I'm having the same problem. Just from reading the set iptables I could not find any errors. But it sure is a iptables rule prevending pings from wan. Also the ping is dropped it does not show up in the log file of the firewall.
