Prevent RDP attack from wan

Hallo everyone, there is any way to prevent PRD attack from wan side with endian ?
I have enable SNORT rules but i receive al lot of connection from WAN side to my published Terminal Server (also 10.000 connection in an hour)

You mean, your using port forwarding? Hmmm, the best way to prevent such attacks is to use EFW's VPN and nothing will happen unless hardware failure or system crash
