Prezi cannot upload images through Endian Firewall

I have just installed EFW for my school and now the teachers are complaining about Prezi not working. I cannot find any specific mention of Prezi on here so I thought I would start a thread. I have whitelisted prezi.com, I have turned off the outgoing traffic firewall, I have bypassed the proxy to the IP for prezi.com, and I have created an access policy for prezi.com and it's IP for unfiltered access. None of this seems to make the difference. Does anyone have any experience with Prezi and Endian? or know more about the proxy to guide me. Thank you in advance.
