Anti Spyware Rule beeing applied over VPN

Hi, i have an strange issue in my company.
i have 2 Endian Firewalls on 2 diferents buildings.
The Firewall One on my company main building (lets call it fw1) closes a IPSEC VPN with my Firrewall on the remote building (lets call it fw2).
On fw1 i have several firewall rules and proxy rules but no Anti Spyware Rule.
On fw2 i created a new Anti Spyware Rule to block Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. I used the tutorial recomended on Endian oficial site: help.endian.com/entries/21601411-How-to-block-facebook-or-other-HTTPS-websites
When i activated this Anti Spyware Rule on fw2 for some reason the clients behind fw1 stoped access Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. The access only normalized after i disabled the rule on fw2.
Can some one help me why this happens and how can i stop it?
Ps.: Sorry about my bad english
