Hello everyone!

Our EFW 2.4.1 blocks access to amazon.co.uk despite the fact that his site is listed in the exceptionsitelist. All the other entries in there  work except amazon.co.uk.

Any ideas?

Is it possible to get the reason for the block displayed on the blocking page?

Thanks,

Wolf

Further to this topic, I am not actually sure whether this site is being blocked by the content filter (Dansguardian) ...

it does not show up in the logfile for the contentfilter at all (other blocked sites do), and the error message we get is strange, too:

The following error was encountered:
Access Denied.

Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

That is different from blocking because of content ...

Any ideas?

Try to connect from a machine with full access and confirm whether your ISP is blocking

How you configured your proxy and content filter profile.
