Hello

You can control the bandwidth by ip? I wish all the computers set sail with a maximum of 1Mb, since my link is 10Mb.

you cant control bandwidth. what the purpose of control the bandwidth..? are you want to restrict someone who downloading so many stuff..?

You can modfy bandwith from services -> Quality of Service
