is release 2.3 really 2.3

i downloaded the new iso 2.3 today from sourceforge
http://sourceforge.net/projects/efw/files/Development/EFW-2.3/EFW-COMMUNITY-2.3-200910270923.iso/download

installed in vmware

but it show Endian Firewall Community release 2.1.2 (c) 2004-2006?

am i suppose to make any update? 

i have used IPCOP for many years

now i register at endian
 run efw-upgrade using my user account but misspell then have to run efw-upgrade -s 

but when all is up again with new GUI still it dont come up with 2.3 release!!!!
