i can't get ping from outside(another network) to inside efw(green interface)

i'm using efw as a gateway directly connected to huawei switch(it is the principal switch),everything works perfect, proxy, firewall, vpn, etc. efw has default rules to block or allow ping, on interzone traffic, outgoing trafic and system access,

I create a  new rule allowing port 30 and 8 using ICMP protocol  ,but dosen't work, i can make ping from inside green zone of efw ,to red zone, and i can access shared folders from efw to another network, and, from another network ,to efw.

 i tried everything but dosen't work....

i don't konw if, i need to move something on forward traffic/ NAT?
