Access Green zone from blue zone

Hello,

With our 2.4 EFW, we can't set in inter-zone traffic a working rule to allow access from the blue zone to a specific ip in the green zone.

I've read somewhere that it's normal that blue/orange zone can't reach green zone. Is it? How can we bypass it? We'd like to avoid to put that server in the dmz zone. The needed access is only for a few hours a year, so enable/disable a firewall rule seemed to be the most conveniant solution.

I also heard about Zone Pinholes. What is this? Isn't it the same as inter-zone traffic in EFW 2.4?
