Unrestricted profile not work

Hi,
i have setup one profile "Admin" with policy "unrestricted"
and one profile "Users" with policy "default policy"
Default policy block some site with dansguardian.

I have add two user associated with group
user1->users
user2->admin

Why user2 is blocked? It's associated with unrestricted policy!

if i disable the group Admin,user2 continue to surfing!
