No Firewall Logs

I have endian community 2.3 running on a custom 2.6.31 kernel I built using the config from the boot folder. Everything is running as it should except firewall logging. The firewall itsself is working and all the rules I setup are also, but no packets are logged. Other services are logging OK.

Here is a list of things I've looked at;
- All packet logging options are ticked on the logs settings page
- All modules loaded on my custom kernel match those loaded using the standard kernel
- Both syslog and ulogd are running
- I can't see any errors in /var/log/{messages,startup.log,boot.log}

No config files or programs have changed other than my custom kernel.

 

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated
