Grub stage 2 hangs

Hello,
I have a Soekris net6501 and I have installed ewf 2.5
on normal P.C.
During installation I have flagged access from serial, and next
step are modify grub kernel line with
console=tty0 console=ttySo,38400n8

Reboot system, all work fine.

After, I plugged Hard disk on Net6501 and power...

System hang on boot, with "Grub Stage 2"

I have googled for solutions, but without solution.
I have try ipcop with same procedure, and it work..

Someone has a solution?
