EFw 3.0 sluggish urlfilter...

After fresh install of EFW 3.0 I found that urlfilter was extremely slow.

If using proxy without content filter (just antivirus check) it is ok.
Instead, using common rule policies (like filtering out social network or so) the browsing become unusable (ping raise from 30ms to 200ms).

As v3.0 uses c-ipac at the place of dansguardian I guess it's the problem.
I don't know if it's a problem of the machine (it's a Pentium4 2.6Ghz with 2 GB of RAM) or not.

I installed back EFW 2.5.2 Community and it works perfect again...

I see that EFW 3.0 is on bleeding edge... it will be released on stable or not?
