Allow Windows Update through Outgoing Firewall

I'm trying to allow Windows Update to work by whitelisting on the outgoing firewall.  I'm using Endian Community 2.3rc3 and I configured the outgoing firewall per the hosts listed in this article:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc708605(WS.10).aspx

The outgoing firewall disallows all, but allows these hosts.

I also allow other hosts which seem to work fine.  My suspicion is that Microsoft actually isn't using those domains to serve files.

If I add another rule that allows all traffic from green Windows Update works fine.

Any help?
