hi,
i am having some problem with the endian upgrade i am using v 2.1 and now i want to up grade it.
when i try ro connect by the user name as my email address it simply denyed i cant login by putty tell me where i am making mistake.

Do you try to login as root or with the usrername of your upgrade?
