I have been having only one problem with SIP and my Endian firewall. I occasionally get dropped calls from the SIP phones. The VoIP server is in house connected directly to our modem(so phones go out and back in to talk to the server). I have opened all SIP ports needed in and outbound: TCP5060, TCP+UDP 1024-65535. My VoIP vendor recommended disabling "generate ringback media" on the firewall. I can't find this setting in Endian. Has anyone had dropped call issues and resolved it?
