I have just updated to 3.0 again from 2.52 and am not getting the http proxy service to start as such there is no pop up for authentication and no web pages.  Is there a manual way to start this or has anyone any idea how to solve it.  I upgraded from a working 2.52 without errors, all settings came over and the authentication seems to work.

I am getting this error "File does not exist: /home/httpd/html/include/updates.css" and the file is definitely not there.  Anyone have a clue?

Ok so I inserted a dummy file and the proxy service is staying on now but I am getting "cannot connect to proxy" in my browser now.
