I need help for open ports external access.

i try TCP ALL DEFAULT IP 1024:49151  people dont conect in my game open for me.
and TCP ALL DEFAULT IP 4662

outgoing is ok, im connecting in all games.

war3 use 1024-49151 tpc ports default is 6112 tcp.

help me pls and sorry for my poor english. Cry
