Today’s modern home network environment consists of multiple devices, multiple operating systems, different user maturities, and an ever-changing environment.  This makes it impractical to manage at the device level.

The need is to manage access, content, security at the internet access point (DSL/Cable model), a single point—Unified Threat Management (UTM).
