Management Uplinks using putty command line

I'd like to change an Uplink status from "active" to "inactive" using some command throught putty window ( command line ).
My both Uplinks are NOT MANAGED and the same action I did using web interface ( select / not select box "Active" in ...x.x.x.x:10443/cgi-bin/main.cgi ) I'd like to do using a SSH connection....
So, I need to know what exactly the web page do when I use the interactive interface....
