Hi,

I just installed EFW 2.2 RC1. Looks great!

My problem is I can't access a computer in DMZ. I tried to disable the Inter-zone firewall, but no effect. Tried to access it via SSH (but even ping) can't ping it from a computer in the green zone. I logged on to the EFW box and I can ping the computer in the DMZ.

What could be wrong? Any solutions?

Edward,

A DMZ is suppose to be disconnected from the rest of your network.

If you want to be able access it from within the green you need to add Intra-zone rule to enable.

Open port 80 if its a webserver in there or RDP, 3389, if windows server and see if you can create a session.

I have this working with only port green to orange being 3389 for RDP to VMServers.

One thing you want the rule from Green to Orange not the other way around.
Sorry if you have already tried this.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Mark
