IPsec VPN Issue with RDP Connection

hey.
i've a problem with IPsec betwen 2 Endian 2.3...
The Problem is, that a RDP connection to our Blue_Terminalserver at Blue_LAN_HQ from Blue_LAN_Remote is disconnected very often. Especialy when the User is inactive. The Session has to manualy reconnected. Sometimes also the connection can not be established. Ping works fine. The terminalserver works fine localy accessed.
Configuration:
Green Terminalserver {192.168.100.14) --> (Green LAN HQ 192.168.100.0/24) ---- VPN_Green ----- (Green LAN Remote 192.168.40.0/24) --> Green Client
Blue Terminalsever (172.20.100.36) ---> (Blue LAN HQ 192.168.100.0/24) ---- VPN_Blue ----- (Blue LAN Remote 172.20.40.0/24) --> Blue Client
The connection is established over dynamic DNS. But the Connection isn't lost. not all clients are disconnected at once.
The connection to our Green Terminalserver works fine...
i hope you can help me
thx
