Internet load balance + browsing probelm

Hi All,

I'm facing a very strange problem in internet load balancing the design is like the following:


(Internal Network) >> (Endian)>>> (ISP1)
                                                 >>> (ISP2)

I have configured the load balancing in a right manner and the load balancing is working from the endian it self when the isp1 goes down i can reach the internet from the endian  , But for the internal network after the ISP1 is down the browsing also get down .

So is there any configuration needed in squid in order to get to the internet through the ISP2 knowing that I have configured the proxy in Not transparent mode? .
