[SOLVED] IPSEC Net2Net not working with Hostname
«

Have two networks connected via IPSEC net to net. However network A has a Static Public IP, network B has a Dynamic public IP. I set up DYNDNS.org account and updated the server.
Problem is it will not establish a connection when the hostname is in the "Remote Host/IP" field. DNS servers have updated the hostname with correct IP. As soon as I type IP back in manually, connection comes up
Any thoughts?
Network A is 2.5.1, network B is 2.4.1

This problem has been resolved!
Found out what LocalID and RemoteID are used for in IPSEC tunnels now
Thanks to a more experienced poster.

So these fields are absolutely necessary, I am trying to get a host-to-net connection and can't figure out why?
