Where do I go to hard code additional filters for the content filter's ignore filter?

Endian 2.4.1

For example, by default it looks like this:  [.](gif|jpeg|jpg|png|css|js)$
I want to edit whatever file that is holding that information and add a bunch to it so it will always filter it instead of me putting in the additions every time I come to the page.

Thanks
