Hi Mega

lets see your impressions after a few hours/days....

Look at the bugtracker which gets longer and even more RED!!!
I would say shame...

After 12 - 18 hours my system is unusable.. :-(

thinking on going back to 2.3...

What's the proper way to run Endian on VMware?  I created Endian 2.4 VM on Windows VMware Server 2.02, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.   And somehow I can't connect to it any more.

I'm using Endian as filter only appliance so only one NIC in VM.  I do bridge this VM's NIC to host's 2nd NIC, though.

Should I remove TCP/IP from host machine and leave only VMware bridge protocol?

Hi all,

hope i am not hijacking this topic...
I had similar problems with Fresh install 2.4 onto Xenserver VM.
All started up ok, but my live logs were extremely slow to being non responsive.
I disbaled Serial port on install.

Could there be a problem with installing to XEN Vhhd?  I have reverted back to 2.3 which runs smoothly on my Xenserver.
VM endian 2.3:
1GB Ram
2Vcpu
2 NIC

Still another hijack on the thread.   - I cannot install 2.4 Respin on Virtualbox (Windows).  During boot up of the installer it fails

Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt.

I have a COM port enabled on the VM
