I have 2 network segments(subnets) on the same LAN: A) 10.1.10.*  B) 172.1.10.*. The Endian box is pluged in the segment(subnet) A). With routing done by endian

In segment A I have several shared network resources(printers, etc) and in segment B also I have several shared network resource(network drives, etc)

What do I need to configure in Endian 2.4 so my users in segment A can use shared resources in segment B, and viceversa?

To help you out i need to understand better the topology of your network

Both segments are connected to the firewall?
Segments are physical separated? VLAN?

However what are you looking for is in InterZone Firewall and Routing
