I am new to the ...nix world and am trying to install EFW (I've tried a few others and I'm comparing).  I've burned the CD and the box has many existing disks which are not to be touched and I want to avoid disconnecting all of the cables.

I've inserted a UFD (usb flash drive) and THAT can be erased/partitioned/formatted to EFW's content.  That is where I want to install EFW.  How can I tell the EFW install which disk to completely erase?  I'm test booting this box to try EFW.  Its other disks, while backed up, must not be erased.

One other question - what is the recommended way to install EFW via USB Flash, since I hate CD's and DVD's (long story regarding  chemistry and my magical ability to look at an optical disk and have it unreadable).

What it like is to write the install ISO to UFD1; boot from UFD1 and have the installation install to UFD2.  If there is existing doc, please just point me to it.  I did search on installation and disk and /dev/sda to no avail.

Thank-you.
