Title: Xen Tools Post by: Donuts on Wednesday 04 August 2010, 06:47:41 am So I have EFW-Community-2.4 running well on XenServer 5.6. The only thing that I haven't mannaged to get running is Xen-Tools.
When I mounted the xs-tools.iso and tried to run install.sh it returned "Fatal Error: Failed to determine Linux distribution and version" I then tried installing the RPMs found on the xs-tools.iso (xe-guest-utilities-5.6.0-578.i386.rpm and xe-guest-utilities-xenstore-5.6.0-578.i386.rpm) they seemed to install but not do anything. Has anyone got this running or is this a paid version only feature? I have tried all my best but still no success.
