smtp virus scan zip files

I'm having problems with the smtp virus scan with zip files. If they contain a virus they are still passed on to the user. If the virus is in a txt file it blocks it. We are on version 2.3.0. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this fix?

did you experimented with the max num. of nested archive to scan? or the max size of file to scan. (Remember, any thing which is not endian not able to scan will be passed as is (You can change this behavior)
