Hi,

I have a 10Mbps Internet connection.  I want to limit my Endian firewall to 4Mbps up and 4Mbps down, so users behind this firewall cannot take up all of the 10Mbps.

I've tested the QoS and I can't get it to work.  A few searches show it is broken Sad

How would I go about doing this?  There must be a way with iptables or some other commands...
