Is there a way to limit incoming traffic to a specific number like 5.0MB. I have another device outside of the firewall which I would like to have access to a certain amount of bandwith at all times.

QoS is not working well on 2.4.1 and 2.5. Several bugs and issues.
I'm wondering if it's all solved on 3.0. I hope!
