EFW PROXY problem with direct download sites

Hello,
I'm quite new working with EFW and I'm having trouble with the transparent proxy and webs like rapidshare (tried to download the remote admin recomended in another post for example), the web loads ok, but when I try to start the download  the browser shows timeout, the same happens with other sites like megaupload or mediafire.
Just in case I tryed setting my MAC to bypass the proxy but still the same.
I can only download files from this sites only when i turn the proxy off.

Any help or comments or sugestions will be appreciated.

What version of EFW you are using?
have you done efw-upgrade?
