I want to know how can i deny the traffic in outgoing firewall and log the Denied traffic.

Do you mean a port or from or to an ip address?

just think we want to add a rule in outgoing traffic.
ok, i want to log traffic which is coming to port xx and deny traffic.
how can  i do this?

Did you go into the firewall and add the firewall rule.  Sounds like you want source "any" destination "red".  Protocol "tcp&udp", port number "whatever".  Policy action "deny" then tick "Log all accepted packets".
