I have a question why I access from long static public ip addresses of our own being Bock. To be able to participate in this discussion, I have to byp the proxy. We are a unit of education, range of static public ip addresses we've provided more than 10 years. I do not understand why bands that address our being "Banned". This website is not actively moderated (we do not check each message posted) so we have no option but to ban the IP address of the spammer. I am sure that there is to serve as any in this forum or your set does not allow access to many different ways as mechanisms such as load balancing.
