Title: SIP Phone Audio Issue

Hi,

I'm having an issue using remote SIP phones to connect up to our home office which has a Asterisk box behind the Endian firewall.  I get audio for a few seconds, 10 or so, and then audio stops and the call disconnects.  Any ideas on how to fix?  The phone I'm using is a Polycom 330.

Hi dsvxaey:

Do you have IPS enabled? Sip Proxy enabled?
The Sip phone is configured with a SIP account o a IAX account?
