Blocking IP by Region

Is it possible in Endian to block IP by  Region.

My reason as soon as I open any services via port forwarding I am being probed
, sounds uncomfortable, by heaps of users originating from China, google etc..

I only do business in Australia so would like to block most traffic not from this immediate
region.

Any assistance appreciated.

I've looked at pfsense and it allows you to create alias and apply these to WAN based rules.
Cant find similar in Endian
