How to block Ultrasurf

I would like to know if I can stop ultrasurf from connecting encrypted proxy servers.

Easy way ,
1. Remove 443 in proxy
2. And you can permit or deny someone to use for this port by outgoing firewall

I'm a new user too, test running Endian 2.4
I use not transparent proxy, authentication not required, and without remove the port 443.
Using static IP( without apply the proxy gateway) for client , set the ie to point to proxy,
then ie could not connect thru ultrasurf.
without ultrasurf, client can browse internet.
but there a problem, i cant make the skype work ....
