I have an Exchange server on X.X.X.15 internal address the is SNAT to X.X.X.227 external address, however; when I log onto Exchange server and go to Whatismyip.com I still get X.X.X.226 external address. What piece am I missing?

I wasn't missing anything. Just how I was checking it was wrong. What I did to check that email was going out on correct IP was sent an email to a personal account outside the firewall. I then check the header of the email and it was reflective on the X.X.X.227 IP address.
