If you active any protocol to green interface (from 192.168.0.0 (!!??) to 24, not have more sense have a firewall Smiley
however.....
just going in the firewall menu, port forwing, and here make your setting:
From any ip (192.168.1.1 to 24) you must to create a rule

protocol TCP - alias ip default ip - red port 1:65000 - destination ip 192.168.1.1 - destination port 1:65000

in this mode you have open all port from 1 till 65000 who incoming from red port to the local pc with ip 192.168.1.1 where arrived in port from 1 till 65000.

repet this roule from all other ip 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.24......

Bye
