Qos for RDP and mail

Good evening all.
I have a client that uses a satellite connection ( very remote in africa)( 800ms latency) , the office pc needs to pop mail and send mail , and connect to the headoffice in south africa via RDP.

Please assist in showing me the Qos rules to give the above services top bandwidth usage , and all other services like https , facebook etc , very low priority ,

I cannot block these sites as the guests use facebook  , web browsing etc.
