solved http proxy disables web access

The issue was fixed with a system rebuild

Hi Everyone
I am slowly going mad with something which I would think should be simple

Whenever I turn on the http proxy (transparent or not transperrent with manual configuration of proxy settings) for any of my zones it cuts off web browsing

On my green zone I am pointing to internal dns servers and on my blue zone I have tried pointing to the firewalls address and to the isp’s dns servers.
I have tried to configure access policies with allow for any

i am able to ping both ip address and site name
https as expected is not having issues
is there something that I am missing?
