I am using the latest community version and I need to block torrent

I have opened only known ports and in the end I created a rule block all traffic originating from any zone for outgoing.

still I am able to download torrent files. I also enabled the P2P rule on intrusion detection. I can see in the logs the alerts for torrent from my IP

please tell me how do I block.

also I want to enable torrent downloads only through proxy so I can enable restrictions on the proxy with usernames and time restriction.

I don't understand if you blocked all (ports) except the known one than how the torrent is working ? If the user need to browse web or check mails than just define  for example 80,443,995,25. Secondly you can define the acl (url_regex) in the proxy...
