Hi All

My name is bala. i am wrking as technical support engg.herewith i am describe the problem.Plz read it.

I have installed EFW 2.3 one customer.Now my requested to enable proxy with transparent mode....

the following steps i followed as per my customer requirements.
They asking to block some web sites too.So i re-modofied the default content filter and create the new access policy to the particular IP groups.after i activated the http proxy with transparent mode.

when i am try to browse , i recevied the following error ...
REQUESTED URL ......... access denied
"ACCESS CONTROL CONFIGURATION  PREVENTS YOUR REQUEST FROM BEING ALLOWED THIS TIME"

Even though the policy is applied itself over all IP groups.

when i disabled the proxy its wrking fine..

the same setup i configured in my own and also some customer end .those are all wrking fine.

Note 1:the customer already used the 8080 port some other purpose.even though i changed the port 3128 instead of 8080. it won't wrk.
 Note 2: under outgoing traffic i configured green to red access service via 8080 for ERP operations.
